Rain & Snow

Motorized louvers close into a watertight roof — automatically, the moment the rain sensor trips. Integrated gutters carry water away through the posts. Dinner keeps going.

July Heat

Angle the louvers to block direct sun while air keeps moving, and drop solar screens on the hot side. A patio that used to be unusable at 4pm becomes the coolest room in the house.

October Nights

Overhead Bromic and Infratech heaters — installed by Breslow, wired in from day one — keep the room comfortable deep into fall and back again in early spring.

Bugs & Wind

Motorized screen shades seal all four sides at the touch of a button — mosquitoes out, wind blocked, privacy up. Retracted, they disappear completely into the structure.

Most screen installs bolt exposed tracks and motor boxes onto the structure. Breslow conceals both inside the beams and columns — when the screens retract, there is no visible hardware at all. It is the difference between an add-on and architecture.

Watch the screens in motion, then look for the tracks. You won't find them.

A 60-minute Zoom call with a senior designer. We walk through your space, your home's architecture, and what's possible — and you leave with a realistic price range. No obligation, no pressure.

Home Visit & Matterport Scan

If we're a mutual fit, a Breslow designer comes to your home with our Matterport scanner to capture precise measurements of the space and the architecture we're matching.

Custom Design & Engineering

Your system is drafted in 3D to your home's exact profiles — you approve the design before anything is built. Where required, we provide PE-stamped structural engineering, and where permits are needed, we handle or assist with the entire process.

Fabrication

Most projects ship within 4–6 weeks of order confirmation. Rush timelines are available when needed — ask your designer.

Installation & Walkthrough

On-site installation typically takes 3–5 days by our in-house crew. We walk through every feature, connect your automation, and don't leave until everything is perfect.
