We installed a classic-style motorized louvered roof system in Lexington, Massachusetts. The client wanted a shade solution that would cover their massive patio space but didn’t want to compromise the ability to allow light in. The client also desired a large shade solution that didn’t look like an aftermarket add-on but would blend into the home as if it were always there.

That’s why we installed a classic-style motorized louvered roof system that spanned the length of the entire patio. This created the perfect outdoor oasis for the client to fully enjoy their patio in style and comfort.

The patio was large and was extremely hot, with the bating sun angling directly on the patio. The patio was unusable for the hotter months. The unique tasks that needed to be done were the custom pack-outs we installed along the system’s perimeter, which thoroughly connected the system with the house. Also, the measuring and design of the custom Azek trim package to give the louvered roof system a classic look would be the defining task of the project, which would give the pergola the ultimate look in the end.

In the end, the client had a colossal and luxurious outdoor space that showcases our design and build expertise.
